RW Builders — trading as York Extensions — is a family-run building and renovation company based in York, North Yorkshire. We've been carrying out home extensions, roofing, renovations, landscaping and general building work for homeowners across York and the surrounding villages for over 15 years.

The business was founded by Phillip Ross-Williams, who still runs every project personally. We're not a large company with a sales team and subcontractors you've never met — when you call RW Builders, you speak to Phil. When we turn up to quote, it's Phil. When the work starts, Phil is on site.
